Okatie Veterinary Center

Our family came to Okatie Veterinary Center for the first time under the most difficult circumstances, when we had to make the decision to say goodbye to our beloved dog, Blizzard. Dr Reynolds and the entire staff were wonderful. They treated Blizzard with such gentleness and dignity, and were so patient with our family during a truly unbearable decision. They allowed us to spend as much time as we needed in a calm room. We never felt rushed or pressured throughout the process. Dr Reynolds explained with such kindness and Blizzard was able to pass peacefully and comfortably with his brother, Cooper, saying goodbye to him as well as us. Within three months we were back to see Dr Reynolds again. Unfortunately, we needed to make the same decision about Cooper. Dr Reynolds and his staff showed us the same compassion with Cooper. While we were heartbroken to have lost our two dogs. We will be forever grateful that they were met with such kindness. The compassion we received helped make an awful situation feel like the right and loving choice for them. We cannot thank this team enough. We also received two small clay footprints hair from both Blizzard and Cooper and a personalized sympathy card from the staff. We are deeply thankful for every you for us and our family.

This was my first boarding experience and it was amazing. I choose Pet Paradise because of the swimming pool, which she absolutely loved. She was a little shy at first. But Dixie loved it. I know once she got home she was exhausted. Thank you for everything.

Dr. Reynolds is very pragmatic and thorough on his exams. He dealt with a very emotional situation that was worsened by us not being proactive in a fantastic outcome. His assistant Amy is equally skilled I her role - very willing to help and knowledgeable! We love their team!

Customer service and friendly atmosphere from the front desk to the back room. Love this office, Zoey and I would highly recommend this office. Thank you for all you do🥰

I chose this clinic because it’s conveniently located near my home and my business but overtime I have grown to appreciate the professionalism that the doctor puts into my dog’s conditions. They never rush. They always inform me about what is going on and how to make my dog more comfortable as she is aging out and now has lots of problems. I love this clinic and my dogs do too
